Orders
Security of personal data: Your personal data is stored securely in our data center and will never be sold or shared.
Delayed Tracking Information: Tracking information may not be visible in the system until 48 hours after shipment, especially with our USPS partners for international shipments.
Do I need to create an account to place an order? You can order as a guest, but creating an account offers benefits such as a faster checkout process and order tracking.
Incorrect email address: Please contact us so we can update your email address.
Exchange rates: All payments are processed in EURO; your card issuer will convert the amount according to the exchange rate of the day if you use a different currency.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, but no checks or cash.
Order Security: Orders are secured with SSL encryption, which ensures the safety of your data.
Order changes/cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you wish to make any changes. For confirmed cancellations, a processing fee of 10 EURO will be charged. Delivered or shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Address: Please fill in the shipping address in English, as our website is in English.
Change of shipping address: The address cannot be changed after processing.
When will my order arrive? Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. You will receive tracking information by email immediately after shipment.
Using multiple discount codes: Only one discount code per order.
Missing Products: Please contact us if any products are missing from your order.
Separate Shipments: Products can be shipped separately for faster delivery.
Shipping and Customs Charges
Order Processing: Orders will be processed within three business days and shipped immediately upon processing.
Customs charges: Any customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to orders that meet the minimum amount, excluding discounted items and excess shipments.
Delayed or Lost Order: Please contact us if your order is delayed or lost.
Returns
Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us and state the order number and reason for return.
Defective or damaged products: Please notify us within 7 days and attach photos of the problem.
Returns Processing Time: Returns may take up to 14 business days to process.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Location: Our office is in Finland, but we have warehouses in several countries to shorten delivery time.
Problems placing an order: Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders. Try a different device or browser. If problems persist, please contact us.
Email Response Times: We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
